With increasing number of coronavirus cases, it is likely that India will soon reach Stage 3 which is community spread of Coronavirus pandemic.

If coronavirus reached Stage 3, then the same will spread among beggars and street people who are not only unaware about it but also do not get regular health checks.

Beggars in country are everywhere at all traffic signals almost. These beggars live on street, try to grab public for money. Many a times beggars are coughing, suffering from high fever, cold, etc. and still for money they hold the other person and does not even leave them till that person gives some money to him. Many a times, a person is surrounded by many beggars grabbing / holding either his hand, leg, stomach, etc.

Such act of holding / grabbing a person by beggars can lead to transfer of communicable disease from beggars to that person.

So, it is important for the government to frame immediate policy and order for vaccination of all beggars and street people in the country irrespective whether they are suffering from coronavirus or not and to implement the same with immediate effect.
